11 Things I'm Currently Loving
Jeffrey Gitomer's Books - I love the way Jeffrey Gitomer writes and the way he organizes his books! I have never seen anyone write the way he does. I really recommend checking out his books if you are interested in sales, business, or just bettering yourself and your life. He writes in a very concise way that is not only easy to understand, but is also fun and engaging.
My Classes - This semester I'm taking Microbiology, Psychology of Compassion, and Anatomy/Physiology. My teachers so far have been amazing, and the material is interesting - I actually am enjoying going to class and taking notes. I especially love trying to teach the material to my parents, who have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. Food for thought: Do you believe humans can be truly altruistic? We are talking about this in my Psychology of Compassion class and the research is inconclusive.
Erin Condren Journals - I'm a journal geek, but I love these notebooks because you can use thick felt pens and they don't bleed through the pages! On that note, I'm also loving Poppin's felt pens.
KEEP Collective's Partnership with Bright Pink - I'm so excited about this partnership! My plan is to throw a party with my close sorority and fraternity friends on campus to raise awareness and sell bracelets in support of the cause! I'm looking for people who are passionate about breast and/or ovarian cancer, message me or comment here if you are interested!
Glossier's New Serums "The Supers" - The packaging, the consistency, and the results (so far) are all wins! I will be writing up a longer review post on these soon once I know more about the results for my skin. However, I have no doubt they will continue to work really well because Glossier has not failed me yet. I know I've already written about them before, because I'm borderline obsessed, but all of their products are my daily go-tos.
KEEP Collective's Druzy Collection - They sparkle so beautifully in the sunlight and they add a positive intention to every look. For example, the black marquise druzy represents balance - I really like using this one with my looks because as a student and an entrepreneur (among other things), my life stresses me out and I can look down at anytime throughout the day and be reminded to stay calm and balanced.
Kim Kardashian's Selfie Book - Oh gosh, this book! I bought it because I thought it would be iconic in the future, and I really like learning about Kim. Kim is so fascinating to me. I often think about why it is people are so obsessed with her, and how she truly got and stays so famous. I don't particularly like the black section of the book (it is just a lot of nudes), but I like the rest of the book! It is interesting to learn more about her and see how her looks have evolved. I actually created my last blog post in honor of her book.
Kiehl's Energizing Face Mask - This is the first face mask I have found that is truly energizing! I feel great while it is on and after I have washed it off. It makes me feel ready to take on the world.
Chicken Noodle Soup - Loving this right now because I'm sick with a cold.
Davine's Conditioner - Loving this because it gives volume to my hair, keeps it soft, and smells really amazing (the smell also lasts for a really long time).
Skinny Love by Birdy - Current favorite song!
